Photo Hunt #14 - Twisted

I could have used these photos for last week's "Glass" themed photo-hunter, but for some reason chose not to, and I'm kind of glad I did, because this sculpture (which sits in the middle of the "Mall" at Mohegan Sun) fits today's theme just as well.

Happy Hunting.

That's really an interesting structure! Very twisted!
Your link on the hunt page doesn't take you to this photo though. I knew to take off the last part of the link.

Yours is quite similar to mine!

My "twisted" was "blown" by Dale Chihuly (I don't know where yours came from but it is very cool.)

Perfect. What a cool sculpture. Very interesting.

FYI the link you left with TNChick is for your "eye spy" photo, so I went on a photo hunt and found twisted!

Neet! It kind of looks like my hair.

That is beautiful. I would love to see that in person. I admire people who can create art that is so new like this.

That is truly beautiful. I love glass art, would love to learn how to work with it.
Happy hunting for next week.

That looks really fun--and definitely twisty.

I was going to say it looks like a Chihuly piece. My mom just loves his stuff. Very cool 'twisted' post - I saw The Teach's, too.

Cool! I love twisted glass! And blue and white - yeah!

Is that a Chihuly piece? He has (or had?) a huge exhibit of his works at the nearby Fairchild Tropical Gardens. Odd, but fun to look at.

Dianne, ooops...I was in a bit of a rush when I posted on Saturday, so that explains my screwed up link. Good thing bloggers are really smart, because everyone found this post anyway, even if I screwed up!

Ellen, I guess "mine" was too! I didn't realize who the artist was until several commenters brought him up. Too funny!

Karen, it is pretty cool.

Thanks Jamie.

Liza, thanks. I love all the "twisties".

sallyacious, thanks!

byrningbunny, thanks. ANd yes, my link was screwey...sigh...glad you found me anyway! ;-)

Alice, that made me laugh out loud.

jenty, it is beautiful, isn't it?

andree, I agree.

sassy, yes, I would love to be able to do it too.

katney, thanks.

Julia, yep, it is chihuly!

lisa, yes, I love the blue and white.

swampangel, yep, chihuly. I didn't know his work before this, but now I'll definitely be on the look out for it!
