Thirteen things you should check out on my blog today

I'm doing a bit of shameless self promotion here today. Mostly because I'm on a MAJOR deadline at work, and am leaving at 2PM today to go to a pre-season New England Patriot's Game, to which my boss just gave me tickets (WOO HOO). But also because I've been posting a lot of more "personal" stuff lately, and am hoping you all are interested in getting to know me a little better, so maybe you'll want to read some of these.

So, without further ado, here are 13 of my favorite posts(with a short synopsis of each, so you can decide if they are worth your time):

1. Interview with a Blogger - This one was just posted this past Tuesday, but it was an interview done by my friend Frigga as part of a meme that's going around...it is long, but I had a lot of fun with it.

2. She Works Hard for the Money - where I introduce the blogworld to all the FABULOUS (said with a high note of sarcasm) people I work with.

3. Oh Corey, Thank God You're Hot Again - the one where I reveal my celebrity crush on Corey Haim and others. Really, I had more fun writing this entry than almost any other.

4. Some of my best friends are... - the one where I introduce you to some of my "internet friends" and share some of our history.

5. Fun Monday - What about your friends - the one where I introduce you to some of my very best friends.

6. TT - Music Video Edition - This one is in here for a break from all the reading...13 music videos I find to be SMOKIN' HOT.

7. Big Sister, Little Sister - 6 years later - The one where I talk about my "Little Sis" through Big Brother Big Sister and the impact she's had on my life.

8. Things We Forget - The one where I delve into my poetry a bit.

9. 20 in 30 - Celebrity Eye Candy - part of my 30 posts in 30 days challenge...obviously I was taking it easy that day...but if you've been following this TT, then you deserve a little break too.

10. Sacrilege - The one where you meet my ranting lunatic side...just for fun.

11. Worst Headline EVER - The one where I almost had a heart attack. Again, just for fun.

12. Prom Dressing 2006 - I'm digging way back in time for this one, but well, you know...nobody was reading my blog then. haha

And finally:

13. What About Your Friends - Same title, different post. This is the one where I talk about the different types of friends a woman has in her life.

There is way too much in here, so I hope you'll peruse some, and come back and read the rest later. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope to see you here again!

Now I have to get back to work.

The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Be sure to update your Thirteen with links that are left for you, as well! A lot of great reading! Your poem is beautiful and I enjoyed the Big Sister Little Sister post (and the rant about the movie remake :-) )

Happy Thursday!

My 13 is about romantic books this week and starting Sun, I will be featuring a chapter from a free romance story each week.
