I've discussed this before on this blog, so I won't get into it all over again, but let's just say that confidence, for me, is a struggle.
At least, it is when I stop to think about it.
But that's the thing I realized this week, while trying to find some image to represent the things I am confident about.
The truth is, I am confident about many things. I feel proud and sure of who I am and the choices I make. I like "me" and what I stand for.
It is only when I stop to really think about it, and start to analyze myself that the doubts begin to creep in.
I think if I trust my instincts, I can't go wrong, but when I question them, that's when I get into trouble with confidence and doubt, and all those things.
This week I'm cheating a little because I did not take this picture, but it represents what I'm trying to say here. This is a photo taken of the bridal party at my cousin's wedding.
In this shot, you see a group of women laughing, loving life, joking, and feeling fully confident in the moment, in themselves.
I have no doubt internally we all have our doubts. But life takes place in the moment, doesn't it?

Oooh. Good, thoughtful post.
I find the same thing, I am confident in almost everything...but those couple of things that I'm not confident about?? Man do they bring me down at times.
Great example of confidence, I love it.
