Ooops. That was me...Michelle. LOL. Somehow I'm signed in under Phil. :)
I've had a lingering cold/flu/bad snowy roads/too cold to leave the house/ period of time... and hadn't moved my Jeep for 2 weeks... until yesterday... FREEDOM!
On a serious note... has anyone seen your neighbor this winter? Maybe he's IN the car?

Annie, you made me laugh out loud! He's my upstairs neighbor, so I know for a fact he's alive, but that's about all I can say for his well being...truthfully, we suspect he has some serious issues (alcohol/depression/etc.)
Amber, as far as I can tell, he doesn't work.
